How does it work?

Via a standard telephone line the Digital Communicator (which is standard on most of our new panels) takes over the phone line as its needed, to send information to the centre monitoring station (ARC) upon them receiving this information they then then process it according to all the instructions that were given at the time of set the account up.

It has to be noted though this service does give a internal tone on the premise but CAN NOT make the monitoring centre aware that a phone line has been interfered with.
